Support the law school’s daily operations while ensuring accurate recordkeeping and responsive customer service. This position also requires proctoring law school examinations as needed and maintaining availability during examination periods, including final exams. Responsibilities Maintain student files and records. Perform data entry and maintain accurate information. Process student and departmental requests. Proctor law school examinations as assigned. Provide front office window coverage and support. Assist with student registration activities. Work during law school examination periods, including final examinations. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Little to no prior experience required. Ability to learn and effectively support office and administrative processes. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Desired Qualifications Availability to work occasional evening hours during law school midterm and final examination periods.
