By joining the District 6 Administration Office as an Administrative Specialist Senior in Kenton County, you'll have the opportunity to provide professional support for the Executive Director office in developing, implementing, maintaining various complex programs, projects, and activities. Summary of Responsibilities: Provides professional support to executive director, branches, and sections, serves as district liaison with Office of Human Resources. Provides administrative support for the district preparing, reviewing and processing district personnel evaluations and docs. Provides administrative support for the Executive Director by assisting in daily activities, preparing, reviewing and maintaining office documents. Provides complex and, or, technical support relative to evaluations, insurance information,Technology HEAT system support and human resources to agency management and employees. Reviews and processes all midterm and year end evaluations. Reviews for accuracy and completion before submitting to Central Office. Prepares all new hire paperwork and performs employee orientation. Serves as district insurance coordinator answering questions and assisting employees with enrollment. Serves as back up to the switchboard operator when needed. Maintains personnel correspondence files. Performs other duties as assigned. Ideal candidate will have experience in: Experience working on strict deadlines. Experience in administrative duties, working in Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel and experience in MyPurpose. Organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Interacting with people daily. Minimum Requirements EDUCATION: Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree. EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: Three years of professional, administrative, or business experience. Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE: Additional education will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis. Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION: Additional administrative, business, research, and/or clerical experience will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
