We are currently looking for an Engineer 3 to join our team in Farmington Hills. A Day in the Life:       The responsibilities listed are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties for this role. Additional tasks may be assigned, as needed, to support business objectives.   Test planning for body & interior safety regulatory testing (i.e. FMVSS, ECE) Test preparation for vehicle and part orders and creation of detailed test plans for both internal and external laboratory testing Test schedule management and coordination of testing with other departments both inside and outside of Nissan following the Nissan project development schedule Conduct and oversee testing in coordination with laboratory technicians on-site at our Farmington Hills R&D Test Facility. Position is primarily on-site. Test data analysis and root cause study Summarize and report test results to management, develop and propose design countermeasures, and create development and certification test reports. Who We’re Looking for:     Required:   Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical, Electrical). Strong analytical and technical skills. Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
