Cleaning Supervisor, Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm,£15.70 per hour, Liverpool Street We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee cleaning operations within our organisation. This position involves managing a team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all facilities. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities to ensure compliance with company standards. Train and mentor cleaning staff to enhance their performance and efficiency. Use machinery across the building Fill the employees timesheets Assist with Health and Safety operations incl. RAMS and COSHH Deal with strong personalities within the team Assist with the periodic works on some of the weekends Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as necessary. Knowledge of health and safety practices related to cleaning.
