This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in honest work, enjoys helping people succeed, and brings positive energy to every job site. What you’ll do Lead and support commercial cleaning team members during scheduled shifts Train new employees on 360clean procedures, safety practices, equipment, and quality standards Inspect completed work, address deficiencies, and ensure consistent results for each client Help manage staffing, coverage, supplies, keys, access procedures, and job-site communication Build respectful, dependable relationships with employees, customers, and management Respond calmly and professionally to client requests or unexpected issues Set the example through reliability, attention to detail, accountability, and a strong work ethic Help maintain a safe, organized, and positive work environment What we’re looking for Previous commercial cleaning, custodial, housekeeping, facilities, or team-lead experience preferred Strong communication skills and the ability to coach people respectfully Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license Ability to work evenings and/or flexible hours as client schedules require Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift supplies, and perform hands-on cleaning work Comfort using basic technology for timekeeping, scheduling, communication, and reporting A commitment to following procedures, protecting client property, and doing the right thing even when no one is watching Our values in action At 360clean, we believe great service starts with great people.
