POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Support technology projects associated with cruise ship newbuilds, drydocks, revitalizations, and major vessel upgrades. Assist Project Managers in maintaining project plans, schedules, milestones, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies. Coordinate project activities across IT, shipyard, construction, engineering, procurement, vendors, and ship operations. Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements with key stakeholders. Track technology infrastructure and installation readiness, including cabling, power, equipment, network connectivity, and construction dependencies. Coordinate meetings, document decisions and action items, and follow up with responsible stakeholders to ensure timely completion.Support equipment, material, and vendor tracking to ensure critical project requirements are delivered according to schedule. Assist with technology deployment, testing, commissioning, cutover, and operational readiness activities.Identify project risks, issues, and schedule conflicts and escalate them to the Project Manager as appropriate. Prepare project status reports, dashboards, presentations, and other communications for project stakeholders and leadership.Maintain accurate project documentation, requirements, inventories, trackers, and supporting records.Support change management by documenting changes and assessing potential impacts to requirements, schedules, and deliverables. Assist with vendor and contractor coordination, including tracking deliverables, commitments, and outstanding actions.Support project closeout, documentation handover, lessons learned, and transition to operational support EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in either Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Management Information Systems or related field of study or any equivalent combination of experience and skills. EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in shipbuilding, maritime, or large-scale infrastructure projects. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Strong understanding of IT systems, project lifecycle methodologies, and data analysis. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Must be proficient in either Italian or French (Ideally both). TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to travel at least 30% of the time internationally for extended periods of time (2-4 weeks), independently in order to lead delivery teams onsite during a ship commissioning during newbuild or drydock. Preferred: Familiarity with maritime regulations, shipyard operations, or cruise industry standards. Experience working in a matrixed, global organization.
