Support service employees assist entrepreneurs in achieving their dreams through finance, accounting, IT, and other back-office operations. Job Description Internship Summary The Winsupply Internship Program offers students a unique opportunity to build valuable skills through immersive classroom learning, off-site training, and a collaborative capstone project. The program is structured to promote professional development by offering mentorship, meaningful networking opportunities, and hands-on experience in real-world projects. Participants will not only develop their careers but also make a significant impact within the Winsupply organization, contributing to innovative solutions and long-term success. Position Summary The Training & Development Intern provides administrative and operational support for internal learning initiatives, assisting with program coordination, material maintenance, and session logistics. Working closely with members of the training team, this role offers hands-on exposure to enterprise talent development, instructional design, and continuous workforce improvement. Accountabilities/Responsibilities Assist team members with scheduling, logistics, and administrative tracking for live and digital training sessions. Maintain accurate participant enrollment records, attendance logs, and program schedules in the Learning Management System (LMS). Support training participants by responding to basic course inquiries and coordinating prep materials. Audit existing training materials, slide decks, and e-learning modules to identify outdated information, broken links, or formatting inconsistencies. Support instructional designers in updating legacy content into modern, digestible learning assets. Maintain clean, organized digital repositories for all active learning assets, templates, and reference materials. Collect and aggregate post-training survey data to help evaluate course effectiveness and participant satisfaction. Assist in compiling routine reports on program completion rates, attendance trends, and feedback metrics. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field Additional Information Physical Demands The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations: Sitting for extended periods of time.
