We seek employees eager to join us as we evolve as a team that embodies timeless yogic principles and present day practices of leadership and accountability.  POSITION SUMMARY    The Marketing department at Kripalu is seeking a Temporary Website Manager to lead the ongoing management, assessment, and improvement of Kripalu’s Drupal-based website. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and able to own the day-to-day performance, content, and functionality of a highly visible eCommerce website for a leading brand in the yoga and wellness industry.  This is a temporary, 30 hour a week role that can be remote or hybrid. The length of the engagement will be around 5 months.   Preferred start date: Mid-November    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   Oversee daily website updates and requests, including handling internal communications and task delegation  Partner with the marketing team to execute content updates, seasonal promotions, and merchandising of the site  Edit, build, and publish new web pages as needed   Project manage, edit, and publish ongoing web content for Kripalu's editorial page (Living Kripalu)  Help manage relationship with the website developer agency and any ongoing projects, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback  Manage all site alerts and issues in a timely manner with the agency  Report and analyze key website metrics like website traffic, revenue, and conversion rates on a weekly and monthly basis and make recommendations for improvements as needed  Monitor and optimize performance of the site’s AI Chatbot along with Kripalu's guest services team  Work closely with other members of the marketing team to ensure the website is supporting marketing efforts across all channels  QualificationsQualifications  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or an associate’s degree and at least 8 years of experience)  At least 3 years experience in digital marketing, website management, or similar.  Proven success managing websites using the Drupal CMS or similar.  GA4 reporting and analytics experience.  Strong project management skills, including experience with Basecamp or similar platform.  Excellent communication skills and prior experience collaborating with teams across a large organization.   Experience working in Microsoft Office or similar.    Preferred Skills  GA4 Certification through Google Skill shop or similar.  Experience editing and project managing digital content.    Reports to: Director of Marketing    Kripalu is deeply committed to diversity in all forms; we are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate in employment and personnel practices on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, military status, national origin, age, disability or genetic information, or any other basis prohibited by applicable law.    This position is not eligible for sponsorship and Kripalu is unable to support a optional or curricular practical training (OPT/CPT) program. Kripalu is interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
