In this role, you will provide overall leadership and guidance for contractor personnel assigned to supervising ongoing technical efforts, managing overall team performance, and supporting task-level financial and business processes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned, including assigning tasks and managing overall team performance. Supervise ongoing technical efforts to ensure high quality and efficiency of contractor performance across all task requirements. Assist the Government with financial and business processes of the PWS, excluding inherently governmental functions. Develop requirements and methodologies to collect, analyze, manage, and present intelligence in support of cyber investigations and operations. Write various analytical reports (e.g., IIRs), serialized intelligence products, and operational cyber threat products. Apply principles, concepts, and methodologies of intelligence analysis, including HUMINT and SIGINT methods, to support intelligence collection, policy, and systems capabilities. Travel occasionally to CONUS and OCONUS locations to support mission requirements. Minimum Qualifications: 7+ years of experience within the last ten years leading technical efforts or supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis requirements. 7+ years of experience within the last ten years supporting the Intelligence Community or related Government, industrial, and academic communities in intelligence collection, policy, and systems/capabilities. 7+ years of experience within the last ten years using principles, concepts, and methodologies of intelligence analysis, including HUMINT and SIGINT methods. 5+ years of experience within the last ten years developing requirements and methodologies to collect, analyze, manage, and present intelligence in support of cyber investigations and operations. 5+ years of experience within the last ten years writing various analytical reports (e.g., IIRs), serialized intelligence products, and operational cyber threat products.5+ years of project management experience within the last ten years handling project scope, cost, resources, risk, and schedule. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary contractor teams supporting complex intelligence operations across CONUS and OCONUS locations. Proven track record interfacing directly with senior leadership across the Intelligence Community (IC), DoD, industrial, and academic partners. Advanced expertise in multi-INT fusion, intelligence system capabilities, and operational cyber threat analysis. Clearance Requirements: Candidates must hold an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.  Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.  Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations, and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The projected compensation range for this position is $128,800.00-$214,500.00.
