The Infrastructure Domain in Information Technology manages and maintains the platforms, services, observability capabilities, resiliency frameworks, and technology foundations that underpin the airline's digital ecosystem. This domain covers observability, IT service management, resiliency engineering, cloud platforms, integration technologies, automation, and operational excellence. Define and drive the architectural vision and strategy for the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements. Lead and mentor a team of architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Oversee the design and implementation of complex architectural projects, ensuring they meet quality, performance, and security standards. Collaborate with senior executives, business leaders, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into architectural solutions. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance the organization's architectural capabilities. Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organization. Identify and mitigate architectural risks, ensuring the stability and scalability of IT systems. Lead the architecture and strategic direction for observability, resiliency, and operational intelligence capabilities across the enterprise. Establish measurable standards and metrics for service health and reliability, including availability, MTTD, MTTR, and business impact reduction. Partner across infrastructure, software, security, and business domains to improve operational resilience and accelerate incident detection and recovery. All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training 12+ years of experience in IT Architecture including time in senior Architecture roles   Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training Airline Industry leadership experience   Skills, Licenses & Certifications Expertise with the Azure Technology stack for data management, data ingestion, capture, processing, curation and creating Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud computing, software development, and IT infrastructure. Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire a team of engineers. Strong knowledge of emerging technologies like Al, machine learning, and cybersecurity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to align architectural solutions with business strategies and goals. Expertise in enterprise observability platforms, event management, telemetry strategy, and operational analytics. Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), resiliency engineering, incident management, and service reliability practices.
