Summary / Primary Role: The Senior Manager, Technical Product will quickly build deep expertise in Odyssey's business processes and supporting WMS and TMS applications, using that knowledge to drive improvements to the user experience. Day to day, this role involves user interviews, clarifying system functionality, documenting change requirements, evaluating business priorities, and building product roadmaps that support Odyssey's global product strategy — collaborating closely with key users to identify functionality that drives roadmap initiatives across the warehousing and transportation segments of the business. What You’ll Do: We're looking for a technically fluent product leader who can translate warehouse and transportation system behavior into a clear, prioritized roadmap, and drive that roadmap from idea through adoption. • Product Strategy & Planning ◦ Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives, defining product vision, goals, and roadmap. ◦ Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders based on business value, technical feasibility, and market demand. • Requirements & Stakeholder Collaboration ◦ Conduct research to identify opportunities and define product needs and enhancements, documenting requirements, configuration updates, and business cases for the development team. ◦ Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including operations, engineering, data services, innovations, and sales — to understand needs, prioritize features, and communicate roadmap priorities and updates. • Relationship Management & Delivery ◦ Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and updates. ◦ Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to release, coordinating with engineering and QA teams to define release schedules, ensure thorough testing, and deliver quality features on time. • Performance Tracking & Adoption ◦ Plan and execute product launches, including developing marketing collateral, conducting training sessions, and coordinating with sales teams to drive adoption and awareness. ◦ Define KPIs and metrics to track product success, analyzing data and feedback to measure performance and identify areas for improvement. What You Bring: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, process engineering, change management, and/or logistics, ideally within the IT industry with a technical understanding of system behaviors. Demonstrated experience with WMS technology is required; experience with TMS technology is strongly preferred • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, principles, and best practices • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams • Experience with technologies supporting logistics or warehousing operations is preferred Compensation & Schedule Details: Bonus Eligible: Yes Commission Eligible: No No relocation allowance will be considered unless specifically addressed.
