Job Description Summary The Sr. Director, Digital Solutions Delivery (MIM) is responsible for leading the operational strategy, governance, performance management, and scalability of MIM's implementation organization, ensuring customer deployments are delivered efficiently, predictably, and in alignment with commercial growth objectives. Job Description GE HealthCare's MIM business is   seeking   a strategic and operationally focused leader to serve as Director,   Digital Solutions Delivery.   This role   is responsible for   driving operational excellence across the   implementation   lifecycle, ensuring customer deployments are delivered predictably, efficiently, and at scale. The Director will own the systems, governance, performance metrics, resource strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives that enable successful   implementation   outcomes across the MIM portfolio.   Working across Commercial Delivery, Customer Success, Clinical Solutions, Workflow Engineering, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales, this leader will establish the operational framework that transforms implementation from a project execution function into a scalable business capability that accelerates customer value realization and supports long-term revenue growth. This role is focused on operational leadership, organizational effectiveness, and business performance rather than day-to-day project management.   Essential Responsibilities   Delivery Operations Leadership   Lead the operational strategy and performance of the implementation organization across all MIM products and solutions.   Establish scalable delivery frameworks that drive execution excellence, customer outcomes, and long-term business growth.   Partner with senior leadership to align implementation capabilities with commercial   objectives   and customer commitments.     Performance & KPI Ownership   Own   implementation   performance metrics and drive improvements in delivery efficiency, time-to-value, throughput, resource   utilization, and customer readiness.   Lead operational reviews using data-driven insights to   identify   risks, remove barriers, and improve organizational performance.   Champion a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence.     Resource Planning & Capacity Management   Lead workforce planning, capacity management, and resource allocation strategies to support business demand.   Partner across Commercial Delivery, Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams to align delivery capacity with organizational priorities.   Identify   and address operational bottlenecks that could   impact   delivery performance or customer outcomes.     Process Excellence & Operational Governance   Own implementation methodologies, governance frameworks, SOPs, operational tooling, and best practices.   Drive standardization and adoption of processes that improve scalability, consistency, and customer experience.   Ensure operational syste ms, re porting, and   implementation   data support effective decision-making and execution.     People & Cross-Functional Leadership   Lead and develop high-performing teams focused on execution excellence and customer success.   Foster strong partnerships across Sales, Customer Success, Clinical Solutions, Workflow Engineering, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations.   Serve as a senior escalation point for complex operational challenges and drive alignment toward successful business outcomes.     Required Qualifications   Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.   10+ years of experience leading project delivery,   implementation   operations, professional services,   clinical   operations, PMO, or related functions.   5+ years of progressive   people   leadership experience, including managing managers and/or large cross-functional organizations.   Demonstrated success driving operational excellence, organizational transformation, and process improvement initiatives.   Experience developing performance metrics, executive dashboards, and operational reporting frameworks.   Strong background in forecasting, capacity planning, resource   utilization, and organizational effectiveness.   Proven ability to influence at all levels of an organization and lead through collaboration.   Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.     Preferred Qualifications   Experience within healthcare IT, healthcare software, medical technology, SaaS, or enterprise software organizations.   Familiarity with implementation methodologies, customer onboarding, customer success, or professional services organizations.   Experience leading large-scale operational transformation initiatives.   Experience   leveraging   operational analytics to drive business performance.     Success Measures   Within the first 12– 18 months, the successful candidate will:   Improve implementation throughput and delivery predictability.   Reduce   implementation   cycle times while   maintaining   quality standards.   Increase capacity planning effectiveness and resource   utilization.   Improve customer readiness and   implementation   handoff effectiveness.   Advance standardization across implementation practices and governance.   Establish scalable operational frameworks that support business growth.   Deliver measurable improvements in customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and revenue realization.   We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
