Learn more on our Benefits page.  Responsibilities Responsible for providing psychosocial-emotional support and services to patients and families. Assists patient and family in understanding, coping and adapting to the personal, emotional and bio-psychosocial issues associated to the patient's illness. Provides comprehensive assessments and referrals, crisis intervention and care management. Collaborates with multi-disciplinary team and other internal and external personnel to promote an awareness of environmental and psychosocial needs and to develop and implement treatment plans that support patient-centered plan of care for both individual patients and the medical community. May provide functional direction to unlicensed social work staff and social work interns. Qualifications Education Master's Degree in Social Work required Experience 1 year of clinical, case management, social work or related experience required   Licenses and Certifications Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association required   Disclaimers • Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.• If any bonuses are noted, they are only applicable to external hires meeting criteria.
