We meet patients where they are, making treatment accessible and tailored to individual needs because we believe that a person's zip code should never be a barrier to recovery.   As our Senior Revenue Cycle Manager, you'll play a critical leadership role behind the scenes, ensuring our organization has the financial strength and operational excellence needed to continue providing life-changing care to those affected by substance use disorders.   Position Summary   The Senior Revenue Cycle Manager serves as a key leader within the Revenue Cycle Management team, partnering closely with the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management, Director of Revenue Cycle Management, Finance leadership, and operational stakeholders across the organization. This role is responsible for optimizing billing, collections, reimbursement, and revenue cycle performance while driving continuous process improvements that support Pinnacle's growth and mission. andidate is a strategic and hands-on revenue cycle leader with deep expertise in behavioral health and substance use disorder billing, including residential and outpatient treatment services. This individual will lead, develop, and mentor teammates while ensuring compliance, maximizing reimbursement, and improving the overall financial performance of the organization.   What You'll Do   Revenue Cycle Leadership   Lead and support a high-performing revenue cycle team through coaching, training, performance development, and operational oversight. Partner with Revenue Cycle and Finance leadership to establish and achieve departmental goals and key performance metrics. Financial Performance & Optimization   Analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends, reimbursement opportunities, denial patterns, and revenue leakage. Develop and implement strategies to improve collections, reduce denials, and strengthen cash flow. Create and maintain standardized revenue cycle workflows and best practices across the organization. Billing & Collections Oversight   Ensure timely and accurate claim submission across multiple levels of care and payer sources. Monitor accounts receivable performance and drive effective follow-up on denied, underpaid, and outstanding claims. Maintain productive relationships with insurance carriers and third-party payers to optimize reimbursement outcomes. Compliance & Quality Assurance   Conduct billing audits and revenue cycle reviews to identify errors, compliance risks, and process improvement opportunities. Ensure compliance with federal, state, payer, HIPAA, and industry regulations. Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to improve documentation, coding accuracy, and charge capture processes. Cross-Functional Collaboration   Work closely with clinical, finance, admissions, and operational teams to support organizational initiatives and growth strategies. Assist in implementing scalable revenue cycle processes that support Pinnacle's expanding footprint and service offerings. Support resolution of patient billing concerns and complex reimbursement issues. What You'll Bring   Required Qualifications   High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 5 years of healthcare revenue cycle management experience with demonstrated success in billing and collections operations. Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of: Medical billing and collections ICD-10 and CPT coding principles Insurance payer regulations Revenue cycle systems and reporting tools Experience managing denials, accounts receivable, reimbursement optimization, and revenue integrity initiatives. Preferred Qualifications   Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Expertise in behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment billing. Experience supporting residential treatment, outpatient treatment, and addiction services organizations.
