BRCC is seeking a full-time Senior Plumber to join our team to assist with skilled maintenance and repair tasks on a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment. Job duties: Install, alter, maintain, and repair a variety of plumbing apparatuses including, but not limited to, sinks, toilets, shower units, faucets, mixing valves, recirculation pumps, water heaters, automatic faucets, and automatic flush valves. Maintain fire suppression system including system inspections. Make repairs and alterations to a variety of piping systems. Clear drain lines using a variety of equipment. Maintain, install, and repair appliances which includes, but is not limited to, washing machines, dryers, dishwashing machines, and water fountains. Assist other trades as needed and perform general maintenance and repair tasks. Assist with event set ups, office moves, snow removal and other departmental tasks. Special Assignments May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.
