Significance Inc. is seeking a Senior Business and Financial Analyst  to support an upcoming  federal program (contingent upon award). This role will be hybrid position located in Alexandria, VA and requires an active Secret clearance.   The Senior Business and Financial Analyst   The Senior Business and Financial Analyst will provide financial management and analytical support in support of Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) programs. This role is responsible for supporting financial reporting, budgeting, requisitioning, forecasting, and financial analysis using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.  Required Skills: Responsibilities & Qualifications:   Perform financial analysis and provide financial management support for program activities. Support financial reporting, budgeting, requisitioning, and forecasting activities. Analyze financial data to support program planning, execution, and decision-making. Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) financial systems to track, analyze, and report financial information. Seven (7) years of experience performing financial analysis. Desired Skills: Navy and/or Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) experience desired. Experience with Navy NERP, NEPS, and IBPES desired. CPA or CDFM certification desired.     At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.   We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.
