Description Job type: Full-time, 1099 commission-based | Average earnings: $70,000–$150,000+/year | Top performers: $200,000+ | Bonus opportunities available Join a $70M roofing brand that's been named a Top 40 Roofing Contractor in the U.S. Shamrock Roofing & Construction is growing across the Midwest and South, and we need a motivated, coachable go-getter to represent us in Springfield, MO as a Roofing Sales Project Manager. This is hands-on, door-to-door sales work — you'll knock doors, inspect roofs, and close deals, then personally manage each project through to completion. Some leads are company-provided, but you should expect to self-generate a good portion of your pipeline. It's a year-round career, not a seasonal gig. Responsibilities: Canvass neighborhoods and follow up on referrals or storm-related leads Inspect roofing, gutters, and siding; walk homeowners through findings and options Write, present, and close contracts Collect payment and oversee the job from contract to completion What's in it for you: Uncapped 1099 commission pay Structured onboarding and training program, with training pay through bonuses/commission Ongoing sales competitions with bonus payouts Real path to leadership for top performers Backing from Shamrock's brand, systems, and support staff Requirements What we're looking for: 18+ years old with a valid driver's license (21+ with a clean MVR if you'd like access to a company truck) Reliable transportation and your own cell phone Physically able to climb a ladder, walk a roof, and lift 50 lbs Disciplined, self-motivated, and comfortable with outside/D2D sales Solid communicator who can juggle several active projects at once Veterans are welcome and encouraged to apply.
