As part of the Ambulatory Float Team you will support a variety of different teams/practices to cover illnesses, holidays, and leaves of absence. This role requires a highly flexible, enthusiastic, and proactive nurse with strong clinical skills in their specialty. Must have the ability to travel to all UCLA Community Practices throughout the greater Southern California area and be physically present at the job site. Days and hours may vary depending on assignments Salary range: $96.74/hourly Job Qualifications Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility Required: Current, valid CA RN License BSN or MSN BLS from the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association ACLS certification from the American Heart Association 2 years of RN experience in procedural areas (IR/PACU/CARDIOLOGY/MPU/IMMEDIATE CARE) Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule (the bulk of clinic needs will be in the North Hollywood/Santa Clarita area) Ability to complete a Nursing physical assessment Highly desired: National certification in area of specialty PALS Certification As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts an offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct; or have filed an appeal of a finding of substantiated misconduct with a previous employer.
