Registered Nurse - Cardiology Clinic Regions is looking to hire a Registered Nurse to join our Cardiology Clinic team! Position Summary: Under the direction of the Manager of Clinical Operations, the registered nurse is responsible and accountable for the delivery of nursing care to adult and geriatric patients. The nurse is responsible for collaborating with other healthcare team members (e.g. MD, PA, NP, RN, ambulatory care coordinators) to develop and implement the patient’s plan of care. The RN is responsible for delegation, oversight, and evaluation of delegated care plan tasks. The RN will participate in department Quality Improvement Programs and perform other duties as assigned. This position supports and participates in achieving departmental goals. Performs other duties as assigned. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, hours may vary between 7:30AM - 5:30PM Required Qualifications: Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: Licensed in the State of Minnesota and Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse. WI RN licensure within 6 months of hire. BLS required. Preferred Qualifications: Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: Ability to problem solve, make decisions, and collaborate with multiple team members. Ability to multitask patient care issues, in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology.
