Sweetwater Care, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Plant Operations Lead to join our team in Toledo, OH. As a valued member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our facilities. About the Role: In this critical leadership position, you will oversee the daily activities of our plant operations team in 6 facilities, ensuring that all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Your responsibilities will include: Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the plant operations team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the facility, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure that the facility is adequately stocked. Budgeting: Assist in developing and managing the facility's budget and ensuring that expenses are within approved limits. Assisting in capital expenditure requests. Assisting in life safety audits and plan of corrections Quality Control: Ensure that all facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
