Program Manager / Alternate Program Manager

About the role

TekPro Support Services (TSS) is seeking a Program Manager/Alternate Program Manager to support the DHA Disability Evaluation System. This position is fully remote. What You’ll Do: • Lead overall contract performance, staffing, quality, schedule, and day-to-day coordination for DHA Disability Evaluation System support. • Serve as the fully qualified alternate to the Program Manager and assume Program Manager responsibilities when required. What You Bring: Required: • 10+ years of experience overseeing/managing large programs • 5+ years overseeing and managing personnel • Experience with contract administration • Experience with DoD policies and procedures, including records management and quality assurance • Bachelor’s degree in any field • Active PMP or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required • Must be able to successfully complete the required DHA Tier 1 background investigation • Must be able to obtain a CAC as needed • Must satisfy DHA security/onboarding requirements What We Offer: TSS offers a competitive benefits package to include: paid holidays, paid time off including sick and vacation leave, medical, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, short and long term disability, company paid life insurance, 401(k) with a company match and discretionary profit sharing and tuition reimbursement
