We're looking for a motivated, tech-savvy individual to support our production and client services team in a hands-on administrative role. Responsibilities Assisting with client communication and order intake via email and over the phone Supporting quoting, invoicing, and order tracking using our print management software Maintaining and updating order records and client accounts Helping coordinate with production on job specs, deadlines, and file prep General data entry, reporting, and team support as needed What We're Looking For Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and digital tools — picks up new software quickly Strong written communication skills Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Interest in print, design, or production a plus but not required Entry-level candidates welcome — we'll train the right person Nice to Have Familiarity with print file formats and print technicalities Experience with CRM, order management, or client portal software Looking to fill this position quickly.
