About the role
As a Principal Consultant for Oracle Health, you will operate as the subject matter expert (SME) for projects for the State Government organization’s clients. You will partner with the strategy lead on projects for health system, and state and federal clients, applying your expertise to analytics solutions. You will be responsible for understanding and writing requirements, communicating with partner development groups, and demonstrating solution functionality to internal and client leadership. You will be accountable for the development and maintenance of detailed project plans, schedules and estimates, providing analytical and operational guidance to the project team, and ensuring client satisfaction for assigned projects. Qualifications: State and Federal requirements: Demonstrated subject matter expertise in areas such as: Medicare data, Medicare Cost Reporting, CMS filing requirements, federal/state requirements mandates and healthcare data relationships across members, providers, and claims. Due to the client contract, you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen Requirements & Solution Design: Proven ability to gather, analyze, document, and communicate business and technical requirements and translate them into Medicare Cost Report, analytics, reporting, and front-end solutions using enterprise platforms and tools. Healthcare Analytics & Financial Analysis: Experience designing actionable healthcare analytics and partnering with data science teams on predictive models, financial evaluations, engagement models, and identification of fraud vulnerabilities. Project Management & Estimation: Strong experience developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and level-of-effort (LOE) estimates while providing analytical and operational guidance to cross-functional project teams. Client & Executive Communication: Excellent communication and consulting skills, with demonstrated ability to present solution functionality, analytical findings, and key design decisions to internal leadership, health systems, and state and federal government clients. In scope for this role are front-end solutions, analytics, and reporting deliverables for health systems across the United States, all US states, and federal agencies tasked with a healthcare mission. Understand data, data design, and relationships pertaining to the member, provider, and claim Partner with the Oracle Health State Government strategy leads to construct solutions using Oracle platform and tools Create novel and standard insightful and "actionable" analytic designs Partner with data scientists on predictive and engagement models for financial evaluations and fraud vulnerabilities Communicate with internal and client leadership on findings and material design elements Create level-of-estimates (LOE) for assigned work Disclaimer: Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 9. 11 paid holidays 10.
