Job Title: Principal Consultant – SAP Finance/IM/WM Location: Indianapolis, IN 46225 (Remote) Employment Type: W2 Contract Work Authorization: GC, USC Experience Required: 12+ years Job Description: We are seeking a Principal Consultant to support a large-scale SAP implementation project. This role requires strong SAP Finance expertise combined with hands-on experience in Inventory Management/Warehouse Management (IM/WM) to help drive a successful global template rollout. Key Responsibilities: Work directly with customers to identify and document business requirements Identify gaps between the global SAP template and current business operations Assist with migrating the site to SAP and aligning with global business processes Identify business process changes and recommend solutions Support organizational change management initiatives Develop end-user training documentation Lead testing and design implementation of system changes Lead and support business cutover activities Top 3 Responsibilities: Ability to work with customers to identify business requirements Identify gaps between the global SAP template and current business operations Lead and support business cutover activities Top 3 Mandatory Skills: SAP Finance Implementation of system changes, Product Costing IM/WM (Inventory Management/Warehouse Management)
