Portfolio Operations & Analytics Analyst — Private Credit Build the reporting and workflows behind a growing private-credit portfolio—and work directly with the leaders building the firm. Our client is a New York investment and asset-management platform focused on auto loans and leases. Join a lean team where your analysis informs portfolio decisions and your improvements become part of how the business runs. What You’ll Own Turn loan and lease data into clear portfolio reporting; investigate trends, exceptions, and discrepancies. Support servicer oversight, research contract questions, and follow issues through to resolution. Build better Excel models, reports, and workflows, using AI where it improves speed and accuracy. Support investor reporting, materials, and CRM follow-through, with exposure to investment analysis. What You’ll Bring Relevant experience in structured finance, asset-backed or consumer credit, portfolio/servicing analytics, financial-services operations, or investment banking with meaningful credit or financial-analysis work. Mortgage and equipment-finance experience can transfer. A credible bachelor’s degree and evidence of strong performance matter more than employer or school prestige for experienced candidates. Alternatively, a degree from a highly selective university in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, or a related analytical field, with strong academics and a substantive relevant internship. Advanced Excel, including financial modeling; practical AI experience with thoughtful output verification.
