Location: Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler Status: Part‑Time Schedule:  12‑hour shifts; standard clinic hours for most locations are 8:00 AM -- 8:00 PM, seven days a week.  Working occasional weekends or holidays may be required. Compensation: $60--$80/hour (based on experience) + bonus     Position Summary We are seeking a Part‑Time   clinician to join our team in the East Valley of Arizona. The work is engaging and varied, with a broad patient population and generally low‑acuity presentations that keep skills sharp without the pressure of inpatient follow-up.   Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including labs and imaging Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing and wound management (as applicable) Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the EHR Code and bill services appropriately Maintain productivity consistent with urgent care benchmarks Practice in alignment with NextCare clinical standards and values   Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Arizona  license. NCCPA certification Active DEA license  Ability to treat patients of all ages Active BLS certification EHR proficiency Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays FMCSA/DOT certification highly desired    Preferred Qualifications Prior urgent care, emergency medicine, or fast‑track experience Strong procedural skills (e.g., suturing, splinting, wound care) Experience with initial x‑ray interpretation prior to radiology over‑read   About NextCare NextCare is one of the nation's largest urgent care providers, serving communities with accessible, affordable, high‑quality care across 160+ locations in 11 states.
