Job Requisition: PATIE 002008 Employment Type: Per Diem  Shift: Days Hours Per Week: As scheduled Hiring Range: $18.39-$24.59 hourly  Below are the shift differentials based on eligible shifts worked: Weekday evening shift - additional 10% Weekday night shift - additional 15% Weekend day shift - additional 10% Weekend evening & night shifts - additional 21% The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law. Responsibilities: Aids with movement and placement of patients. Assists patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living. Reports findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff. Documents necessary records. Keeps patient rooms clean, orderly, and maintains medical equipment. Ability to register and function dually as a unit coordinator is also a requirement of the job. Education:  High school diploma/GED required, or minimum of three (3) years experience required.  BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.  Required Skills and Attributes: Ability to organize and establish day-to-day priorities while using critical thinking skills in all aspects of the job.
