Office of HUB - Student Assistant Employment Type  Student Employee Hourly Rate  $13.00 Special Note:  All students are required to read the BU Student Employment Policy prior to submitting an application. All Federal Work-Study students should read the program rules and regulations located at Primary Duties and Responsibilities The Office of Hope, Unity, and Belonging at Belmont University is seeking a dynamic and social media-savvy student worker to assist with the office's outreach efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with the VP of HUB and other members of the team to promote DEIB initiatives and events across the university and beyond. Hybrid / Online Optional. Responsibilities: ·       Manage the office's social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts and monitoring engagement. ·       Assist with organizing and promoting HUB events and initiatives on campus. ·       Collaborate with student groups and other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to HUB efforts. ·       Assist with data collection and analysis to help inform DEI strategies and initiatives. ·       Develop and maintain positive working relationships with students, staff, and faculty across the university. Required Qualifications Currently enrolled as a student at Belmont University. Applicants must have FWS Award to be considered. Strong social media skills, with experience using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. Strong organizational and time management skills.
