Internship Overview EBAD is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team full-time. This paid internship offers an opportunity to gain valuable, hands-on experience in a high-tech and highly regulated industry. The intern will work closely with the Marketing team to support initiatives that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth. Responsibilities Assist with the creation and editing of marketing materials including presentations, brochures, and social media content Support digital marketing initiatives such as website updates, analytics tracking, and online campaigns Contribute to the planning and coordination of trade shows and other marketing events Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms and materials Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Engineering, and Human Resources Provide support in tracking and reporting the performance of marketing activities Qualifications Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Google Analytics is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Interest in the aerospace and defense industry preferred What We Offer Paid, full-time summer internship experience at a global aerospace and defense company Exposure to diverse marketing activities and projects with real business impact Mentorship and professional development opportunities A collaborative and innovative work environment Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
