Resident Care: Administer medications, monitor clinical changes, perform prescribed treatments, and provide focused wound care. Clinical Leadership: Mentor and guide nursing assistants while advocating for resident dignity and safety. Seamless Collaboration: Participate in smooth shift-to-shift reports to ensure vital health data is passed on accurately. Documentation: Maintain streamlined, easy-to-use Electronic Health Records (EHR) in compliance with facility standards. What We Are Looking For: Licensure: Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Illinois. Certification: Valid CPR/BLS certification. Background: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program. New grads with a passion for senior care are welcome!
