Oversee and maintain all accounting functions - GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, produce monthly financial statements, etc. Update and maintain financial accounting software - Quickbooks online Assist the management team in job costing, project P/L and financial analysis Team Compensation and Benefits:   Health insurance Generous paid time off package Paid holidays Referral program Great culture and team dynamic  Very competitive compensation plan Team Qualifications (Requirements): Must have 5+ years of experience in accounting with a remodeling/home improvement/construction company Proficient with QBO, MS Excel, MS Word, other software Must be process oriented Driven to join our team and add value through positivity and dedication Must be able to prioritize and manage time, and be extremely organized Excellent communication skills Fluent in English  Valid driver's license with a clean record Have the ability to work overtime, if needed Be willing and able to work full time in office Monday through Friday   Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities): Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments.
