Reporting to the Director of Clinical Informatics, this role serves as a hands-on resource for all of IT, acting as a trusted advisor for reports and reporting strategy. Assists in daily IT report intake, holds regular office hours to grow the enterprise integrated analytics skill set within HMH IT, and partners with cross-functional teams to deliver reporting solutions that address meaningful business and clinical problems.
