About the role

IT Director - Data Warehouse The IT Director - Data Warehouse leads the enterprise data warehousing, reporting and analytics function, delivering accurate, timely and well-governed data to business, Finance and Risk partners. Accountable for team leadership, data governance and master data management standards, and hands-on oversight of day-to-day reporting and analytics delivery. Key Responsibilities and Duties Leads and develops the data warehousing, reporting and analytics team, owning delivery and prioritization. Partners with business, Finance and Risk leaders to translate needs into trusted reporting and analytics. Owns data governance and master data management standards, including data quality, lineage and stewardship. Ensures timely, controlled delivery of regulatory, management and operational reporting. Stays hands-on in solution design and SQL/ETL review while driving platform modernization. Minimum Qualifications 5 years of experience leading technical teams in support of data warehouse solutions Expertise in data analytics and reporting Preferred Qualifications 7+ years of experience leading enterprise data warehouse solutions Advanced knowledge and experience with ETL processes Strong SQL skills Prior experience with MDM solutions and Data Quality tools Educational Requirements University (Degree) Preferred Physical Requirements Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work Career Level 9PL Qualifications Posting end date - 9/13/26 Pay Range $196,400 - $265,700 Pay & Benefits Summary EverBank, N.A. is committed to the well-being of its associates.
