Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.   How you’ll contribute  An Inpatient Therapist   who excels in this role: Conducts individual and group therapy sessions to educate patients regarding psychological, emotional, or substance abuse problems Displays active involvement in treatment planning process Displays active involvement in the discharge, transition, and after-care planning treatment process As therapeutically necessary, family session counseling provides to patients to ensure appropriate communication and involvement of family members and support groups Actively communicates with clients, families, and outside referral sources, functioning within the scope of HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 Demonstrates proactive communication with those involved with the patient’s treatment, documenting all correspondence held with patients and other stakeholders   Why join us  We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. Professional Development: Ongoing learning and career advancement opportunities.   What we’re looking for  Applicants should have a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or equivalent and a current clinical or social work license in the state of OH.
