Reports to: CEO FLSA Classification: Full-time, Salary, Exempt: Salary range $62.88 to $76.38 / hour Essential Functions - Develop, manage, and improve a comprehensive information security risk-based program to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information assets. - Develop an IT security architecture roadmap that will identify security controls, and identify and assess technologies that will enforce the organization’s security priorities. - Develop, maintain, and promote information security policies, standards and guidelines. - Ensure that controls comply with contractual obligations, corporate policies, and legal and regulatory requirement - Create and manage information security and risk management awareness training programs for all employees, contractors and approved system users. - Provide strategic risk guidance and consultation for corporate IT projects, including the evaluation and recommendation of technical standards and controls. - Identify, assess, and prioritize IT risks to hospital and patient data and systems, including external threats, cyber-crimes, internal threats and third-party risks. Advise senior leadership on the appropriate courses of action to mitigate or eliminate risk. - Perform and direct IT risk evaluations and audits. - Develop contingency plans and establish a strong crisis communication network, disaster recovery, and risk management system in order to recover rapidly from security breaches. - Determine information security policies and strategies; structure security initiatives with security programs and business objectives; oversee the development, implementation, and enforcement of information security standards and policies. - Other duties as assigned. While performing this job, the employee: - Must be able to remain in a stationary positon 50% of the time. - Must be able to move and traverse about the facility 50% of the time. - Frequently transport objects weighing up to 50lbs - Occasionally position objects weighing up to 100lbs. - Must be able to communicate and exchange information in a way others will understand. - Must be able to recognize details such as color and depth within a few feet of the observer. - Frequently operates computers, machinery, and other healthcare equipment. - Constantly positions self to complete essential functions. - May be required to wear N95s or PAPRs throughout the shift.
