Head Track Coach ~ Girls

About the role

Minimum Stipend Offered: $5,857     Purpose Statement: Extra-curricular activities are a vital extension of the student experience, offering opportunities for skill development, positive character growth, and strong relationships. As the Head Girls Track Coach, you will provide leadership and direction for the girls track program while inspiring, motivating, and teaching students track-specific skills. The Head Coach will promote personal development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive team culture.     Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement practice schedules, strategies, and event plans. Lead and supervise the girls track program and coaching staff. Teach track-specific skills, techniques, and strategies to student-athletes. Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and positive character traits. Monitor and support student-athlete development and performance. Build supportive relationships with students, staff, families, and the community. Ensure the program operates in accordance with District, MSHSAA, and school guidelines.     Job Requirements: Education: Completion of at least 60 college credit hours prior to coaching.
