Global Sales Admin Intern Musco is looking for a Part-Time Global Sales Admin Intern. The Global Sales Admin intern at Musco Sports Lighting, LLC plays a key role in providing administrative support to the Global Sales Team. If your experience aligns with the qualifications outlined below, we look forward to hearing from you! Essential Criteria: Freshman, sophomore, or junior pursing a Business, Communications, Marketing, Sales degree or related certificate program. Strong attention to detail. Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office, Adobe and internet search engines. Ability to work well with others/team player. Good telephone, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to self-prioritize and follow through as required to work on multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Roles and Responsibilities: Enter and maintain accurate sales and project information in Scoreboard to support tracking, reporting, and team visibility. Assist with preparing sales packages, submittals, and related documentation for internal and customer-facing use. Review data and documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before routing or submitting materials. Support the Global Sales team with administrative tasks, document organization, and coordination of sales-related information.
