Overview Bruker is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources leader to serve as the Global HR Business Partner for the BMS Division. This role acts as a trusted advisor to divisional leadership, driving the people strategy and supporting the achievement of business objectives through effective talent, organizational, and cultural initiatives. In addition to global HRBP responsibilities for the BMS Division, this position provides direct HR leadership and support for two U.S. sites: BMID BMS in Utah and BMID MDx in Washington State. The successful candidate will thrive in a global matrix organization, partnering closely with leaders and colleagues across North America, Europe, and APAC. This role requires a strong track record of supporting international organizations and successfully collaborating with stakeholders across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones. Responsibilities Reports to: Vice President Human Resources, BMID Group (Germany) Key Relationships: BMS Division Leadership Team Global and Regional Business Leaders BMID HR Team HR Centers of Excellence U.S. HR Operations Team Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent & Organizational Development, and HRIT teams Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Partnership Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with divisional and corporate objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement. Influence business decisions by providing strategic HR guidance and data-driven insights. Global HR Leadership for the BMS Division Lead and support HR initiatives across the global BMS Division. Facilitate cross-regional collaboration and alignment between North America, Europe, and APAC. Ensure consistency in talent and organizational practices while balancing local business and cultural requirements. Support organizational transformation, restructuring, integration, and M&A-related activities as required. U.S. Site HR Responsibility Provide HR leadership and support for the Utah and Washington sites. Advise managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational issues. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Partner with site leadership to drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Talent and Organization Development Lead succession planning and talent review processes. Support leadership development and coaching initiatives. Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain key talent. Drive inclusion, team effectiveness, and high-performance culture initiatives. Change Management and Organizational Effectiveness Guide leaders through organizational change and transformation initiatives. Support organization design efforts to enhance efficiency and scalability. Identify and implement HR best practices across the division. HR Operations and Collaboration Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Operations teams to ensure effective and consistent delivery of HR programs and processes. Analyze workforce and organizational data to support strategic decision-making. Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and practices. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles supporting senior leadership teams. Experience working within a global, matrixed organization. Demonstrated success partnering with leaders across multiple countries and regions. Proven experience supporting HR initiatives both within and outside the United States. Strong understanding of organizational design, talent management, change management, employee relations, and workforce planning. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions. Experience in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Healthcare, Advanced Manufacturing, or related industries preferred. Critical Success Factors Ability to build trusted relationships with leaders at all levels. Strong intercultural awareness and experience working across diverse global teams. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across North America, Europe, and other international regions. Ability to operate successfully across multiple time zones and in a highly matrixed environment. Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach and strong execution capabilities. Ability to lead through change, ambiguity, and organizational complexity. Travel Domestic and international travel is required based on business needs.
