Food Service Workers/ Subs needed

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Food Service Workers and subs to join our team in the Randolph, NJ area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to a positive dining experience.  Part-time hours, typically 4 to 6 hours daily. Supportive team environment. Opportunity to gain food service experience, and advancement.  Sub positions are on call as needed basis. Must be willing to travel within the district.   Key Responsibilities: Assist with food preparation, including chopping and assembling meals. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle register transactions. Serve food to students in a friendly and efficient manner. Stock, organize, and rotate food and supplies. Follow food safety, sanitation and USDA/NSLP guidelines. Use of personal protection equipment (PPE) at all times. Perform dishwashing and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and serving areas. We are Looking for: Reliable and punctual. Positive attitude and professional demeanor. Comfortable working in a fast paced enviroment. Enjoys working around children and school staff. Team player who is willing to help wherever needed. Prior food service experience is a plus, but not required.
