Field Service Technician EnSight Solutions | Strafford, MO Pay: $24-$28/hr + $3/hr travel stipend Training Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM (approximately 4 months) About the Role We're seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and support food processing equipment at customer locations. This role works closely with engineering, production, and sales teams while delivering exceptional customer service in the field. Key Responsibilities • Perform equipment installations, repairs, maintenance, and testing • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics • Complete service reports and communicate findings to customers • Represent EnSight professionally during customer visits Qualifications • 5+ years of manufacturing, maintenance, or technical experience preferred • Approximately 2 years of TIG welding experience required • Approximately 2 years of mechanical experience, including: ◦ Reading blueprints and schematics ◦ Understanding electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work safely in industrial environments Travel • Training period: Tuesday-Friday schedule for approximately 4 months • After training, expected travel is 50-75%, including multi-day trips and short-notice travel If you enjoy solving technical challenges, working with customers, and traveling to support innovative food processing equipment, we'd love to hear from you.
