Position Summary Aunt Martha’s Health & Wellness is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our team at our South Holland clinic. This full-time opportunity provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary care services to patients across the lifespan while supporting quality clinical operations and collaborative care delivery. This position is J-1 visa eligible. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide comprehensive family medicine and primary care services for infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients in accordance with current standards of care  Practice within evidence-based clinical guidelines and organizational policies  Obtain and document complete patient medical histories and physical examinations  Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and procedures  Diagnose illnesses and prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate  Administer immunizations and provide follow-up care  Educate patients and families on disease prevention, wellness, and health maintenance  Maintain accurate and timely medical records, clinical reports, and correspondence within the EMR  Participate in quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary care collaboration  Work closely with clinical leadership, support staff, and care teams to ensure efficient clinic operations  Complete all required organizational training and compliance requirements  Perform additional duties as assigned  Qualifications Education & Training Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school  Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency Program  Licensure & Certifications Current and unrestricted Illinois medical license (or ability to obtain)  Current and unrestricted DEA license  Current CPR/BLS certification preferred  Valid driver’s license  Experience & Skills Commitment to providing compassionate, culturally responsive patient care  Strong communication and collaboration skills  Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment  Experience working in community health or underserved populations preferred  Compensation & Benefits Aunt Martha’s Health & Wellness offers a competitive compensation package and outstanding benefits, including: Sign-on bonus and retention bonus opportunities  Productivity bonus opportunity FTCA malpractice coverage with no tail obligation  Loan repayment program eligibility  Three weeks of paid vacation to start (increases to four weeks after four years of employment)   $2,000 CME allowance plus five paid CME days  Three paid summer days (July, August, and September)   One paid Wellness Day annually  Five paid sick days  Eleven paid holidays  Medical, dental, and vision insurance  Life insurance  Critical illness, cancer, and accident coverage  AD&D, supplemental life, short-term and long-term disability insurance  Flexible Spending Account (FSA)  403(b) retirement plan with employer contribution  Employee Assistance Program (EAP)  Employee discount programs  Equal Opportunity Employer Aunt Martha’s Health & Wellness is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
