Job Summary This Position Is Responsible For Overseeing The End-To-End Delivery Of Data Components Of Projects, Managing Service To Both Health Tech And Divisional Analytic Teams (Dat). Required Job Qualifications: * Bachelor degree and 7 years of data and analytics experience OR Technical Certification and/or college courses and 9 years of data and analytics experience OR 11 years of data and analytics experience * 2 years of experience leading projects * Experience in requirements management and/or prototyping * Knowledge of system architecture * Knowledge of big data and analytical technologies * Knowledge of data processing environments * Knowledge of Agile project management * Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes * Business acumen * SDLC (systems development life cycle) / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development * Oral & written communication skills Preferred Job Qualifications: * Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Information Technology Are you being referred to one of our roles? The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan  subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan. Base Pay Range $102,000.00 - $184,300.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
