If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to play a pivotal role in evolving an industry, then apply today to Go Places with USS!   Primary Purpose The Pricing Director drives optimization of the Company's pricing models to maximize margins and bottom-line profit within the constraints of a highly customer-centric business model based on longterm partnerships and a continued volume growth ambition.     Essential Functions Essential Functions • Bring rigor and process to the function of pricing within the company -- ensuring timeliness, strong    governance, modeling, and evaluation of pricing decisions • Lead the transformation of pricing operations, partnering closely with Customer Experience, IT, and BI    teams to automate pricing tools and processes    Create a new central pricing analytics capability to deliver actionable insights to senior management    and regional organizations • Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities to improve the pricing process and to generate    incremental profit dollars; track and manage progress toward realizing the opportunities • Define and implement data-driven pricing guidelines for lines of business including price list structure    and management • Refine pricing governance and controls to align with organizational transformation in process • Drive the development and refinement of pricing models to improve price update process, resulting in    increased price realization and reducing customer churn systems and tools for more effective price    update execution • Support new service offering introduction price positioning by aligning price with value and    willingness to pay. Work closely with Marketing, Service Management, and Finance teams to    determine optimal launch price • Establish promotional pricing guidelines and governance to maximize revenue and profit • Identify and develop methodologies to monetize unrealized value offerings in the service model • Perform other duties as assigned   SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has supervisory responsibility. Qualifications EDUCATION Min/Preferred Education Level Description Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Finance or other quantitative field / Graduate Degree a plus EXPERIENCE Minimum Years of Experience: 5 Comments: preferred in a pricing role   ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES • A mix of pricing, finance, marketing, sales or sales analysis experience with strong quantitative    capabilities • B2B and B2C pricing experience; digital pricing experience preferred • Excellent executive presence, interpersonal skills, and demonstrated team leadership • Strong writing, organizational, communication, and presentation skills in order to synthesize    information into key messages appropriate for the audience    Strong change management mindset and experience implementing enterprise-wide change initiatives • Strong leadership ability and experience with making independent decisions in a fast-paced    environment • PC Proficiency   Phyiscal Requirements  Demand Frequency Sit while answering phones or reply to emails Constant Use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects tools or controls Frequent Repeat the same movements when entering data Frequent See details of objects that are less than a few feet away Constant Speak clearly so listeners can understand Frequent Understand the speech of another person Frequent Focus on one source of sound and ignore others Frequent Hear sounds and recognize the difference between them Frequent See differences between colors, shades and brightness Frequent     EEO STATEMENT United Site Services is an equal opportunity employer. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
