You’re a great fit for this role if you love... • Leading, mentoring, and developing department heads and operational leaders throughout the property. • Overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure flawless service and brand standards. • Driving financial success by managing labor models, controlling operational costs, and optimizing revenue opportunities. • Implementing and training teams on elevated service standards, safety protocols, and guest satisfaction strategies. • Jumping in to support your leaders during peak periods, high-profile events, or when navigating the complex challenges of a busy hotel day. • Partnering with Sales, Revenue Management, and Human Resources to align operational capacity with goals. • Analyzing guest feedback, quality metrics, and financial reports to quickly implement continuous improvements. • Creating a high-energy, inclusive environment where associates feel valued, respected, and positioned to grow their careers. • Taking responsibility for the overall performance, culture, and operational integrity of a premier property. We’re excited to have you join us because... • You understand that hotel operations are both deeply strategic and intensely personal to the associate and guest experience. • You know how to balance profitability, quality, compliance, and culture in a fast-paced luxury or lifestyle environment. • You can provide clear direction, strategic vision, and decisive leadership to elevate the entire hotel operation. • Extensive Knowledge in Food & Beverage division. Education and Experience • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred. • Working knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Must have a valid driver’s license, and acceptable driving history subject to company approval. • The ability to demonstrate leadership and a professional image to associates and guests. • Strong management skills; ability to appropriately assign/delegate work and authority to others in the accomplishment of goals. • Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, monitors own work to ensure quality and applies feedback to improve performance. • Ability to manage difficult guest situations; respond promptly to guest needs. • Ability to show flexibility in response to change and adapt to and accommodate new methods and procedures. • Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrated positive customer service skills, and ability to relate to people of varying ages and backgrounds. • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience, whether oral or written. • The ability to foster commitment, team spirit, and trust. Work Environment and Physical Requirements • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the property for extended periods. • Ability to use computers, phones, and standard office equipment. • Ability to respond to operational needs across multiple departments, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. • Must wear required personal protective equipment per job responsibilities.
