JOB SUMMARY This position serves as a lead administrator for the development and management of high-priority Health System projects. The Director of Health System Administration is responsible for coordinating administrative functions, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and communication, and driving efficiency in operational processes. The Director will oversee special projects, manage high-priority initiatives, and serve as a central point of coordination to align leadership priorities across departments with the Health System. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Required Education Bachelor's Degree in business administration, health care administration, public health, nursing, or a related field Experience 5 years of progressively responsible related experience Preferred Education Master's Degree in a related field JOB DUTIES Lead a portfolio of high-priority enterprise initiatives from planning through implementation, establishing clear objectives, milestones, performance measures, and accountable owners. Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, identify risks and barriers, develop solutions, and elevate matters requiring executive direction or intervention. Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration, ensuring seamless communication between Health System leadership, clinical leaders, and other key stakeholders. Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, communications, decision briefs, and other materials for leadership, governing bodies, and key stakeholders. Ensure that executive decisions, strategic priorities, and relevant organizational information are communicated clearly and consistently to appropriate stakeholders. Represent senior Health System leadership on designated committees, task forces, and strategic initiatives, as appropriate. Assist with developing and deploying strategies to optimize efficiencies, throughput, and cost containment. May serve on key committees within the Health System. Develops and tracks performance metrics and measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for process improvements. Collaborates with executive leadership to establish short- and long-term goals and strategic initiatives in alignment with the organization's mission, operations, and strategic plan. Analyze trends and performance metrics to inform decision making and drive organizational growth. May supervise staff. Performs other duties as assigned. Salary Information Salary is commensurate with education, skills, and relevant experience.
