At SERVPRO Team Wall, our Customer Solutions Representatives (internally referred to as our Residential Account Managers) serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their restoration journey. From delivering estimates and explaining the process to coordinating with production teams and ensuring an exceptional customer experience, you'll help families navigate one of the most stressful events of their lives. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship building, problem solving, project coordination, and helping customers make informed decisions. This is an in-office position, based out of Sparks/Glencoe MD. What You'll Do Manage residential restoration and reconstruction opportunities from estimate through project completion  Deliver and explain estimates to homeowners  Follow up with customers and help convert opportunities into sold projects  Coordinate with operations, estimating, construction, insurance adjusters, and accounting  Provide proactive project updates and exceptional customer communication  Resolve issues quickly while advocating for both the customer and the company  Maintain accurate documentation within company systems  Build long-term relationships that create outstanding customer experiences  What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: An exceptional communicator  Highly organized and detail-oriented  Customer-focused and relationship-driven  Solution-oriented and proactive  Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment  Professional, accountable, and dependable  Adaptable; receptive to training and coaching Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is preferred: Restoration  Residential construction  Insurance claims  Property management  Account management  Customer success  Project coordination  Home improvement or consultative sales  Why Join SERVPRO Team Wall?
