Communication Specialist - Hybrid

About the role

Providence is calling for Communication Specialist - Hybrid (Richland/Walla Walla) The Communication Specialist will support Kadlec and Providence St Mary Communication and Community Relations programs and initiatives.  This role will work as a member of the Communication Team to support and advance our Mission and messaging  across the continuum of the Southeast Washington market for Providence. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 2 years demonstrated experience in supporting broad-based and successful communication teams and programs.   Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in highly matrixed and geographically dispersed organizations and teams. Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position.  The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
