Minimum Stipend Offered: $4,582    Purpose Statement: Extra-curricular activities are an important extension of the student experience. As an Assistant Coach, you will play a key role in inspiring, motivating, and teaching students basketball-specific skills while fostering positive character traits and building strong relationships with athletes both on and off the court.    Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of team practices and drills. Provide individual coaching to athletes, focusing on skill development. Support the Head Coach in managing team dynamics and game strategy. Promote a positive and supportive team culture. Encourage teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among athletes. Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff. Ensure student safety during practices and competitions. Job Requirements: Strong communication and leadership skills. A passion for teaching and motivating students. Knowledge of basketball techniques and strategies.
