Bartender (Part-time)

About the role

This position will be responsible for ensuring that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging guests, maintaining solid product knowledge, providing assistance, and making suggestions to guests regarding product decisions.   COMPANY PERKS: 401K with Company Match PTO Heavily Discounted Hospitality Stays & the Company Perks Website Company Appreciation Platforms & Innovation Contests Growth Opportunities & Stability Excellent Company Culture ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS: Greets all guests and provides outstanding customer service Will assist guests with cash, room, and credit card transactions Performs food and drink handling and service duties Creates and serves beverages for guests Answers questions relating to all F&B products Any other tasks that may be assigned EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED Cash-handling experience preferred 2 years of bartending experience preferred Food running and serving experience also preferred CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: ServeSafe Card required TIPS Training required Any other F&B certification needed (company will provide) QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a minimum of 21 years old Must have superior guest relations skills and the ability to answer guest inquiries Must have the ability to be trained on cash handling functions and be comfortable using POS computers for inputting transactions Must have demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have comprehensive menu knowledge with the ability to up-sell items Must be able to clearly speak, write, and understand the English language Must be able to work in a high-volume, high-demand work environment   At Holiday Inn Club Vacations, we believe in strengthening families.
