The team You will work as part of a collaborative market leadership team alongside Market Directors, Supervisory Officers, Operations, and Administrative leaders. Together, the team is responsible for delivering a best-in-class advisor experience, driving market performance, fostering a strong culture, and ensuring consistent execution of firm priorities across the Manhattan Market. Your skills and experience • ideally 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a leading financial institution • series 7, 66, and 9/10 • Proven ability to lead through influence and collaboration. • Demonstrated success managing complex initiatives and multiple stakeholders. • Exhibits business acumen with a strong understanding of wealth management, advisor practice management, and business development. • Strong understanding of compliance, supervisory, and operational risk requirements. • Experience managing complex and sensitive business situations • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility with senior leaders, advisors, and business partners. Salary Summary Posted to Talent Gateway The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role: • United States - New York - New York min USD 250000 - max USD 300000 /annum The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
